RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role as a planner is complex as you will work closely with the unit manager and have tasks aimed at planning, optimizing, and managing staffing and scheduling. The role also includes planning for the introduction of students, interns, substitutes, new employees, and vacation substitutes. As part of the assignment, you must be able to perform care and welfare work in case of acute absence if no other alternatives exist, as well as continuously work within the operations to gain a relevant picture of the operational needs.

The planner works with relevant operational systems to adapt planning to the conditions of the operations. You must be able to daily adjust personnel resources according to the needs of the operations and the unit manager's directives. The planner is also tasked with ensuring that the measures approved for the client are implemented and coordinated based on existing requirements. Furthermore, your task as a planner includes assisting the unit manager in staffing the operations during absences throughout the day, as well as collaborating and serving as a backup for planners within special housing.

QUALIFICATIONS

Personal suitability

Several years of experience
You have several years of experience (at least three years) of tasks that the employer deems relevant for the assignment, such as similar administrative or coordinating tasks.

High school education
Completed high school education with a focus on, for example, society, care and welfare, economics, or equivalent.

Driver's license
Class B driver's license is required.

Merits
It is a merit if you have worked within care and welfare and have completed the one-year education "Administrator within care and welfare and functional support" leading to a vocational college degree.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months.
Working hours: Shift work.
